Victory Life Hacks Return Policy

​

1. Exchange or transfer payment for future date

All sales are final and non-transferable for boot camps, classes,  and events. To be transferable, members must not have attended the class or boot camp and must submit an email of receipt and request admittance to the next boot camp or class at connect@victorylifehacks.com prior to the next posted class. Screenshots of receipts are acceptable as long as consumer name, purchase date, and scheduled session is readable in the same image. All event sales are non-transferable. We thank you for your purchase and support. 

 

2. Processing Returns

Consumer acknowledges and knowingly recognize that to participate in online training requires proper workout equipment, audio visual equipment (i.e. computer, cellphone, television), and internet service or access. Internet service or access is to be acquired by consumers and is not provided by Victory Life Hacks LLC. No returns will be granted for consumers' lack of access to internet or audio visual equipment.

 

All training sessions are by pre‐paid appointment only. The amount paid is non‐refundable except as stated in the Victory Life Hacks LLC Membership Agreement. All sessions in a program must be completed within the program end date. Sessions are not transferable without our written consent. Victory Life Hacks LLC Membership Agreement is a document between consumers who purchase a training program. No returns will be granted for booked training program’s sessions as held under Victory Life Hacks LLC Membership Agreement.
